Observing ELI Classes

English Language Institute courses are available for observation by students of linguistics, TEFL, or other language instruction programs. ELI teachers welcome observers to their classes and are happy to answer questions; we ask that those observers follow general rules of academic courtesy in order to make the observation experience beneficial for the observer, the teacher, and most importantly, the students. 

Please read the ELI Course Observation Guidelines in order to know what is expected of course observers. Then, contact one of the faculty or staff at ELI to inquire about classes open for observation.
