Graduation Checklist

• Graduation application turned in before deadline, $50.00 application fee payment made to student Cyberbear account. Beginning Fall '23, a $25 late fee will be applied to applications received after the deadline.
• All Incomplete, N or MG grades on transcript updated (except 599 and 699 courses).
• If Thesis, Prof. Paper or Dissertation required, has your department submitted your Committee Form to the Graduate School?
• If Thesis, Prof. Paper or Dissertation required, have you turned in a preliminary copy to Grad School for a format review before defense?
•  Once final paper defended has your Department signed off on your graduation application to indicate you have successfully defended?
• Once revisions are completed have you uploaded your final copy to Scholarworks for Thesis and Prof. Paper or ProQuest for Dissertation?
• Dissertation only students: complete the SED
