ACCESSIBILITY & SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
The Adams Center is committed to providing superior service to all patrons, including guests with special needs or disabilities. The Adams Center is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and is prepared to provide accommodations based on the needs of our patrons to ensure their safety and enjoyment when attending an event at the Adams Center. Please find more information about accessibility and special accommodations in the items below.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING & TICKETING
Accessible seating is available in several different areas of the arena. Griz Tix offers ADA wheelchair accessible seating with up to three companion seats and limited mobility seating. Patrons with minor mobility impairments who are able to navigate a few stairs may find acceptable seating in areas other than designated ADA seating areas. It is recommended that ADA seating be purchased through the Adams Center Box Office as the box office staff is very knowledgeable about the arena and the accessible seating options. ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Handicapped parking is designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. For most events, disabled spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis so please plan accordingly. For more information on parking please visit the Parking link.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are welcome inside Washington-Grizzly Stadium. These animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. (If you intend to bring a service animal to the stadium, please notify the Adams Center Box Office staff at the time of your ticket purchase so accommodations are appropriate for you and your service animal).
ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES (ALD)
Assisted Listening Devices are available for patrons with hearing impairments. The devices may be checked out free of charge for the duration of an event. Patrons will be required to leave a credit card, driver’s license or valid UM Griz Card until the device is returned. Please check out the device at the Adams Center Box Office. If you have questions regarding ALD use at the Adams Center, please call 406-243-5355.
INTERPRETING SERVICES
Sign-language interpreters are available for Adams Center events by request 48 hours prior to an event. Please contact the Adams Center Box Office by phone at (406) 243-4051 or 888-MONTANA or by email at GrizTix@umontana.com for more information about interpreting services.
ELEVATORS
There are two elevators in the Adams Center. One can be accessed at the south end of the main lobby and serves the A, B, and C Concourses. The other is located in the south east corner of the Adams Center, accessible on the main level or the Hall of Champions east or west entrance, and serves the A, B and C Concourses and the Sky Club.
EMERGENCIES & EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency situation, all event staff have been instructed and trained to assist all guests in vacating the premises to a safe location. Emergency strobe lights and voice announcements are located throughout the Adams Center. In the event there is an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions from event staff.
RESTROOMS
All Adams Center restroom facilities are ADA accessible. Restrooms are located on the B and C Concourses. There is also a family restroom on the southwest end of the B Concourse.

Both offices are closed on legal holidays unless special events require otherwise. Unless otherwise specified, the venue and box office open one hour prior to the event. During football games, the Box Office opens three hours before kickoff.

Outside food and/or beverages are prohibited in the Adams Center. There are a variety of concessions available at the Adams Center during most events, including specialty vendors: Big Dipper Ice Cream, Pizza Hut, and Grizzly Espresso. All other concession stands sell soda, popcorn, candy, nachos, and hot dogs. Water fountains are accessible on all concourses of the Adams Center. Alcoholic beverages are sold during certain events. Please see the Alcohol section for more information.
UM Dining Services retains the sole right to provide food service for all events on campus. Food and beverage for the events at the Adams Center must be arranged through University Dining Services.
GUEST MISCONDUCT
The Adams Center and the University of Montana strive to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable and fun environment. Guests wearing obscene or indecent items or exhibiting obscene or disruptive behaviors may, at the request of the Adams Center or other University representatives, be asked to remove the item or leave the facility.

QUICK STOP PARKING – FREE (NO PERMIT REQUIRED)
For pick-ups, deliveries and errands, quick stop 20-minute parking is available at convenient locations. Vehicles are permitted one use per day in quick stop spaces.
BOX OFFICE PARKING
There are ten 20-minute “Quick Stop” parking spaces on the right side of 6th Street in front of the Adams Center. Two of these spaces are handicapped parking only, and four are designated for Adams Center Box Office customers only. Free parking is allowed in these spaces, however they are monitored closely by public safety to guarantee fair use.
EVENT PARKING
The nearest parking for events at the Adams Center is Lots P, Z, M & M1, as well as spaces on S 5th Street East, S 6th Street East and Campus Drive (goes around the football stadium). Concert and show parking is free after 5pm and on weekends, but may be limited during the school semester. Premium parking may be available for a fee in specific lots for some events.
ATHLETIC EVENT PARKING
Parking for sporting events is available on a permit basis. Season parking for football, and men's and women's basketball may be purchased on a season or single-game basis. For more information please call the Adams Center Box Office at 406-243-4051 or 888-MONTANA.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Adams Center management and the security director will identify the need for a public safety inspection including pat-downs or bag checks to ensure that restricted or illegal items are not allowed entry. Restricted items may include:
- Alcohol of any kind
- Artificial noisemakers
- Bottles, cans, or coolers
- Fireworks
- Illegal drugs or paraphernalia
- Large bags, backpacks or purses
- Laser pointers
- Projectiles and inflatables such as glow sticks and beach balls
- Stickers
- Stools or folding chairs
- Tripods or monopods
- Weapons

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on the B-Concourse, C-Concourse and Sky Club levels of the Adams Center and are clearly marked. A family restroom is located on the southwest end of the B-Concourse. Baby changing stations are found in the family restroom and the ladies restroom on the B-Concourse and C-Concourse. Refer to the venue map at the top of the page for restroom locations.

The Adams Center Box Office and GrizTix administrative office is located in the west lobby of the Adams Center. Buyer Beware - Secondary Ticketing
Official ticket sales for Adams Center events will ALWAYS be through GrizTix unless specifically stated on the Adams Center GrizTix website. ALWAYS start at www.GrizTix.com to purchase tickets for events at the Adams Center.Many “secondary” ticket outlets lead you to believe that they are the official site for ticket purchases for Adams Center events. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or canceled tickets, always make your purchase through authorized outlets only.
