This form is for MIDDLE SCHOOL and HIGH SCHOOL students to apply for the Montana American Indians in Math and Science program (MT AIMS).This program allows for academic mentoring and the eligibility to participate in the annual Summer Program held at the University of Montana. Please complete the form online.
