Connecting for the first time
IT Central will need to assist you with your UMConnect initial password setup. Please follow these steps:
- Go to: mail.office365.com
- Click on Can't access your account?
- At the Reset your password screen, enter your User ID (i.e. email@example.com) and the captchea text.
- Click Next.
- At the next screen, click on contact your organization's admin. This action will send a password reset notification to IT Central.
- IT Central will contact you via the telephone number you provided in CyberBear. Or, you can call IT Central for assistance at 406-243-HELP (4357).
- If you need to provide a different telephone number, please email ITCentral@umontana.edu.
