Project Support
Accelerate Montana and the Blackstone LaunchPad’s Project Support Internship Program provides UM students the opportunity to intern with a local Montana entrepreneur. Students are first interviewed by the Accelerate Montana team and then interviewed by the entrepreneur of their choice. If it is a good fit, they will then serve as an intern with the business.
These internships last for a semester and the student is able to receive internship credit with the University of Montana as well as a $250 stipend for every 50 hours (1 Credit) they work. The entrepreneur receives free student support (AM pays for the stipend) to help develop their business and the student receives hands-on, real-world experience.
These internships are open to students of any major or academic background and completely flexible with scheduling.
