Personal Summary

Kelly Driscoll teaches Family Law and is a partner with Driscoll Hathaway Law Group.  Kelly’s practice focuses on helping families navigate the family court system. Kelly frequently represents parties in cases involving the Indian Child Welfare Act and litigates complex jurisdictional issues in state and tribal courts. Kelly clerked for Chief Justice Mike McGrath at the Montana Supreme Court before entering private practice.
