36th Annual Public Land Law Conference

36th Annual Public Land Law Conference

Hosted by the Public Land and Resources Law Review, this year’s conference, Transcending Boundaries: Achieving Success in Cooperative Management of Natural Resources, will examine issues in the governance and management of natural resources across international, state, and Tribal boundaries. Rather than review historic problems, this symposium will focus on creative and emerging solutions. The goals of this conference are to provide a national platform for the presentation of new scholarship, to highlight and examine significant current events, and to foster collaboration among some of the nation’s brightest legal minds. These discussions will not only serve to inform future policy, but will also put on display a few of the recent successes that have been achieved in this field.
