Collegial interactions and a positive workplace environment are essential to effective public and nonprofit leadership. Every member of the University of Montana's Department of Public Administration and Policy (DPAP) community plays a crucial role in fostering and demonstrating collegiality. Collegiality is expressed in the practice of our public service values and the commitment to the central tenets of respect and decency.
