MMAC to Build a State-of-the-Art Facility

It its current galleries and with storage locations scattered across campus, the MMAC can show only a small portion of its Permanent Collection at any one time and is hindered in its ability to grow.

Thanks to a generous gift from Terry and Patt Payne, the MMAC has launched a new drive for a state-of-the-art building that will enable us to showcase the Permanent Collection. The new Montana Heritage Pavilion, to be located at the intersection of University and Arthur Avenues, at the western entrance to the campus, will double our exhibition and storage space and provide educational and public spaces we currently do not have.

We could use your support to make this building a reality for present and future generations. To get involved or to make a contribution in support of the MMAC Building Fund, contact Director Dr. Rafael Chacón at 406-243-2019 or email him at  Click here to watch the video. To make a donation to the museum, please click here and thanks!
