The Center for Children, Families and Workforce Development employs Implementation Science (see NIRN) in our support of Montana PAX GBG. Implementation Science has 35 years of research and evidence to guide schools in developing systems that sustain over time and improve student outcomes. We know that evidence-based practices are only effective if they are implemented with fidelity and too often school staff give up on new initiatives before they are fully in place. Leadership teams are key to supporting sustainable practices and we have developed training and tools to help teams achieve these goals.
