This interactive training will offer experiential learning in navigating the generational workforce and how to use generational diversity to your advantage.

Objectives:

Navigating the Generational Workforce with Bethany Williamson Powers:

• Participants will identify the current workforce and differentiate between the traditional generations.
• Participants will correlate perceptions and stereotypes of generations.
• Participants will utilize lessons learned to make use of generational diversity to their advantage.

Bethany has been with Associated Employers in the role of HR Business Partner since 2016. For more than 25 years, Bethany was in store management, district and regional management, and hospitality management with the responsibility for teams of up to 200 in corporate and small business environments. She has extensive experience in employee management, recruiting, staff training, succession planning, performance management, conflict resolution, and management training. Bethany and her husband live in Stevensville, MT with 2 cats, a dog. The couple can be found in spring and summer camping near a river or taking a ride on the Harley!
