Returned Volunteer, Lesotho 1996-1998, South Africa 2003-2005, Philippines 2015-2018

Kevin has spent nine years as a Peace Corps volunteer, most recently teaching on a university campus in the Philippines (2015-2018). He also volunteered in the Republic of South Africa as a primary school support teacher (2003-2005) and in the Kingdom of Lesotho as a high school teacher (1996-1998). Kevin is an Air Force veteran of Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield and has spent time living in many other countries, including Japan, Guam, Germany, Italy, and Turkey.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Secondary Education (1995), a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (2000), and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership (2015). While at the University of Montana, Kevin is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in International Educational Leadership, with an expected completion date of 2020.

As the Peace Corps Campus Representative at the University of Montana, Kevin provides students with information about the Peace Corps and application assistance.

Kevin’s office hours are on Thursdays from 2 pm to 4 pm. Kevin is also available to meet individually with students by appointment.
