Alecia Kelly

Alicia Kelly moved around various states in her youth including Idaho, Nevada, North Dakota and California — eventually ending up in Missoula, Montana. She enjoys spending her free time with her daughter, Aubrey, and their dog, Rocco.

Alicia graduated from the University of Montana with honors in 2016. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology with an emphasis in criminology, inequality, and social justice as well as a minor in women’s and gender studies. In May 2020, Alicia graduated from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law with Pro Bono honors.

During her academic endeavors, Alicia has interned for Legal Atlas, ASUM Legal Services, and Paul Ryan & Associates, PLLC. Throughout these internships, she has had the opportunity to work in a vast array of areas in the law including criminal, personal injury, environmental, family, and landlord tenant. Alicia has also volunteered at the Montana Innocence Project, served as President of ACLU Student Group, and completed the Pro Bono Service Program. Alicia hopes to pursue her passion of working on criminal justice reform and advocating for social justice.
