Beginning with our conservation work with snow leopards and tigers in Bhutan, wild cat ecology and conservation has emerged as a focal research area for our group.  In addition to our ongoing work in Asia, several Mills lab graduate students have also studied large cat species in Africa and North America.  You can learn more about our research with lions in Africa, and our research with mountain lions in the southern Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.
