Craighead and Sisson are X-shaped, three-story, brick and concrete buildings with a playground located between the apartment complex.
Each building offers apartments ranging in size from studio to four-bedroom units that were constructed in 1957. The 120 apartments are located four to six blocks from campus.
Heat, water, electricity, cable television service, an electric range, refrigerator, washer and dryer hook-ups, garbage removal, playground, parking, and recycle stations come included with each Craighead/Sisson apartment unit.

Apartment Options: Craighead and Sisson offer studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments. Craighead and Sisson floor plans showcase the variety of apartment layouts.
Wireless: Campus wireless may be available.
Laundry: Each apartment unit has washer and dryer hook-ups.
Community Center: There is one large community center that hosts events next to the main office.
Storage Units: There is a community storage room available on each floor. Tenants will need to work with their Community Assistant to gain access to this room. Private storage is not available in Craighead or Sisson.
Carpet: Craighead and Sisson do not have carpet.
