Elliott Village Apartments

Elliott Village apartments consist of brick and frame two-story buildings, with four to twelve apartments each.

Apartments range in size from studios to 3-bedroom units. Washing machines and clothes dryers are not permitted, but three laundry facilities with coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the premises. These 274 apartments are located four to ten blocks from campus.

Water, garbage removal, electric range, refrigerator, carpeting (except in kitchen and bath), a built-in chest in each bedroom, play areas for children, off-street parking, and recycle stations are included with each Elliott Village unit.

Apartment Options: Elliott Village offers studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Elliott Village floor plans show the variety of apartment layouts.
Wireless: Internet is not included in Elliott Village, so tenants need to contact an Internet provider if they would like Internet in their apartment.
Laundry: Four wash houses are available in Elliott Village.
Community Center: There is one large community center that hosts events next to the main office.
Storage Units: The three-bedroom apartments have a storage unit available for their tenants, whereas the other apartments do not have a storage unit.
