It is an honor for me to recognize a staff member who performs her duties and responsibilities in an outstanding manner.  Chelsey Porter is one of the most dedicated and professional employees I have ever worked with.  Chelsey is exactly the right person to man our front desk.  She meets the public well.  She is a great ambassador for the DCLCP.  People like her immediately.  She always has a smile and a warm personal greeting for every customer that walks in the door.  She treats them all the same - from the Director of the Mansfield Center to the FEDEX delivery man.  She accomplishes a great deal of work every single day, taking on more than she should because she does not want to say no to anyone.  Her integrity is beyond reproach; she never claims something is done when it isn't, and she never has an excuse when something is awry.  She is a steady influence in the office.  She puts in long hours to get the job done and is available 24x7.  She is a self-starter.  She is always courteous and considerate.  She has the greatest depth of total office/administrative/finance knowledge/experience of anyone in the office.  She is perceptive and innovative.  She is a superb team builder and a valuable member of our team.
