The Office of Transportation promotes and provides transportation options and awareness for the University of Montana campus. The UDASH Bus Service provides convenient and environmentally responsible bus transportation options to the University of Montana community.

The Associated Students of The University of Montana represents, empowers and advocates for UM students. As your student government, ASUM offers a place to voice your comments or concerns, and it works to improve the quality of UM education, fund student groups and provide valuable services.

ASUM Legal Services provides low cost professional legal advice and representation to eligible students of the University of Montana. Fees vary depending on the type of case.

The ASUM Renter Center is a student advocacy organization dedicated to enhancing renters' rights, promoting policy change, and conducting education and neighborhood outreach. We provide personalized counseling and support to student renters as they navigate living off-campus.

Through educational campaigns, one-on-one meetings, and outreach events, the ASUM Renter Center seeks to empower students to assert their rights, encourage neighborhood relations, advocate for student renting rights policy, and assist students with the rental process.

A group of UM students, faculty, and staff from both Missoula College and main campus have formed a committee on Food and Housing Insecurity. The Food Pantry also partners with Missoula Food Bank, Montana Food Bank Network, the Missoula Area Chamber of Commerce, and other community partners. The purpose of the UM Food Pantry is to support University of Montana students facing food insecurity.

The Student Life Board is the University Center's event planning board. We put on programs for the campus community based on the UC's core values of Learning, Leadership, Diversity, and Fun. We love working closely with student groups, academic and campus departments, and community organizations to help connect students to the full range of resources available at UM.

The Griz Card Center issues the University of Montana photo identification card. The Griz Card provides convenient access to resources and services on and off campus and can be loaded with UMoney, a prepaid flexible spending account. The Griz Card Center also offers passport photo services, name badges, and many other campus card related services.

Boba tea or "bubble" tea refers to a popular Taiwanese dessert that has spread its way across Asia and is continuing to grow in popularity throughout the US. Today, boba essentially refers to any Taiwanese dessert drink that contains tea, milk, and some kind of unique topping. However, its name originates from the tiny "boba pearls" that are the most common topping found in the dessert. These boba pearls are formed by rolling tapioca flour into small balls and dousing them in simple syrup and are adored for the sweet taste and gummy-like texture they add to your drink.

With an understanding of how boba would perfectly fit into the lifestyle of the typical Rocky Mountain adventurer and the identification of a clear gap in the community, we decided it was time to fill the gap and become Missoula's first fully dedicated boba vendor.

ShipEx is University-owned and ran by student employees. They have contracts with US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx and serve as a drop-off location for these carriers. They sell packing materials, can ship to anywhere in the world, and can help you find the most cost effective way to ship your items. They rent Private Mailboxes (PMB) to any on or off campus affiliates that want one. ShipEx also provides campus mail drop-off, rents out lockers in the UC, serves as a lost and found, and provides general information for visitors.

The Innovation Factory (IF) is a creative space that provides connections, opportunities, and resources for the campus and community alike. The Innovation Factory is a gathering place of innovators, creatives, and entrepreneurs. IF is a place to augment and expand a student’s experience from within any discipline. IF is a touch point where the Missoula community can overlap with UM research and the innovative student engine. The UC Commons offers another large space for banquets or trade shows when school is not in session. The UC Commons features full length windows overlooking the Library Mall as well as pillars draped in live plants. The room is easily transformed in to an elegant room that can hold up to 500 guests.

KBGA is an alternative radio station for the University of Montana and Missoula Community provided by the students of the University of Montana. It also provides a diverse format and exposes the community to new and refreshing programming.

The Women's Resource Center is a student-run, consensus-based organization dedicated to raising awareness of women's, gender, and sexuality issues. We provide a current list of organizations and professionals that serve and assist women in Western Montana, as well as a safe place to meet people interested in discussing and actively responding to pertinent issues in our community.

The LGBTQ+ Center seeks to increase the visibility and acceptance of the LGBTQ community, through education, advocacy, and the promotion of social tolerance.

The Branch Center is a space for student diversity and inclusion, housing student organizations, KBGA College Radio, the Women's Resource Center, the LGBTQ+ Center, and the Inclusive Excellence for Student Success Office. We promote respectful dialogue, cultural awareness, understanding, and community building among students, staff, faculty, administrators, and community members. The Branch Center hosts events that connect students to campus resources and to each other.

Inclusive Excellence for Student Success (IESS) is a student-centered office designed to support our diverse community and engage in diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racist efforts at UM. IESS is a component of the university's mission to foster inclusive excellence on our campus and fulfill UM's commitment to place student success at the center of all we do. IESS works directly with underrepresented students to both lift up and give strength to their events and ideas, as well as address any concerns or issues students may have with the University, their peers, or the Missoula community.

This meeting room is dedicated to Prof. Ulysses S. Doss, who became both a faculty member and the founding director of the Black Studies Program after being asked by President Pantzer to serve as the sole black faculty member at the university. Against implausible odds, Ulysses Doss successfully launched UM's Black Studies Program, now called the African American Studies Department. The intellectual space carved by Prof. Doss continues to serve as a symbol of hope, an intellectual space thriving in a University that aspires to become a more racially diverse learning environment to this day.

UC Room 223 features built in technology to support a virtual web conferencing meeting; including a mounted 65" TV Monitor with audio, Web Camera/microphone and plug and play computer. You are also welcome to bring your HDMI devise to use. The room also features a conference table, 12 chairs large white board. Use of the technology is free for UM students, staff and faculty.

The Franke Global Leadership Initiative (GLI) Suite contains a classroom for GLI, offices, a meeting room, a student lounge, and even an Interactive Bee Hive Exhibit. The University Center Gallery (UCG) is a contemporary non-profit gallery located on the University of Montana campus. Run by a staff of UM students, this dynamic space is deeply committed to creating an engaging educational experience for campus and community. UCG exhibitions are carefully selected based on criteria focusing on diversity in origin, media, content and style. Work displayed in the UCG comes from local, regional and national artists as well as UM students, staff and faculty.

The UC Marketing Group manages all of the websites, social media, public relations, advertising, and event promotion for the University Center, James E. The University Center houses a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose theater. The UC Theater has multi-media capabilities ranging from LCD displays, satellite downlink, DVD and Blueray viewings all on a cinema theater screen along with surround sound. With capacity for 300 persons, the theater is ideal for general sessions, guest speakers, films, PowerPoint or any special presentation.
