Like
any institution, UM is the sum of its people — individuals
from around the globe representing many cultures, colors and creeds — who
help one another learn and widen their world views. Lessen this diversity
and the entire educational environment is weakened. It's a melting
pot of people stirred together to satisfy curiosity and promote knowledge — a
grand convergence. Following are profiles of five people who help
