STUDENT ENROLLMENT
The University achieved an all-time record enrollment of 13,558 students in fall 2004. UM posted an increase of 97 students from outside Montana, reversing a trend of declining nonresident enrollments over the past several years. As a result, UM exceeded its projected revenue by more than $352,000.

IN THE LOGO BUSINESS
The burgeoning popularity of the Montana Grizzlies logo has resulted in unprecedented sales this year. Fans who like to wear their school spirit helped move Montana to No. 44 on the list of the 50 top-selling universities that are members of the Atlanta-based Collegiate Licensing Co. The ranking, which improved from No. 50, puts Montana ahead of BYU, Georgetown, Colorado State, Air Force, Army and South Florida. UM receives a 10 percent royalty on all logo products sold.
