Professional Experience

Skye has fifteen years of experience managing public policy organizations, and she specializes in assisting organizations successfully navigate periods of growth and change. Throughout her career, Skye has worked in rural and conservative communities on a variety of public policy issues from early childhood education to water conservation. Skye is thrilled to bring her management skills and rural expertise to assist the Mansfield Center in honoring Mike Mansfield's legacy of ethical leadership and integrity. She holds a B.S. in Political Science from Middlebury College, as well as a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy and a Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School.
