Montana Public Radio is sponsoring motorcoaches from Missoula to the National Folk Festival in Butte on Saturday and Sunday, July 11-12.

Montana Public Radio, in partnership with Yellowstone Public Radio, will broadcast live from the National Folk Festival’s Original Stage on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 10-12.

Christmas favorite Mannheim Steamroller will bring its holiday tour to Missoula for a Nov. 12 concert performance at UM.

UM joins a prestigious group of schools across the nation commended for community service and involvement this year.

"The Confessions of Max Tivoli" by Andrew Sean Greer, a UM alumnus, has been selected as UM's 2009 First-Year Reading Experience book.

UM has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Dubai-based American University in the Emirates, paving the way for future collaboration including student and faculty exchanges.
