Semester request for online test booking

The semester request feature only applies to students approved with testing accommodations, who are taking classes on the Mountain Campus and use the ODE Testing Center.

Please note it may take up to 24 hours before the Test Booking Module is available after you submit a semester request. 

  1. Log in to Accommodate
  2. Under Home, choose Accommodation and then select Test Booking-Activate

Select Test Booking-Activate after you choose Accommodation under Home.

3. Choose Semester Request and Select the Add New button.  

Select Add New button.

4. Choose the current semester from the drop-down menu and select Submit For All Accommodations.

Select the current semester from the drop down menu and then select the Submit for all accommodation button.
