Schedule finals by December 4

As finals week is quickly approaching, the Office for Disability Equity (ODE) Testing Center would like to inform students with test accommodations of the scheduling deadline: Monday, December 4th, by 5:00 p.m.

If you plan to take your final exams at the ODE Testing Center, please submit test accommodation forms or online test bookings by this deadline to schedule your exam with us. This deadline will allow us to guarantee your testing space.

Here are some important points:

• The Test Accommodation Form (Word) for the ODE Testing Center and Learning Center can be found on the Test Accommodation page. 
• Online Test Booking is only available for Mountain Campus classes.
• You do not need to schedule your final exams with ODE if the exam takes place online and you do not require a proctor. 

The ODE Testing Center has a different schedule for administering final exams. Students will begin taking the exams at the hour, not 10 minutes later. For example, a final exam scheduled between 10:10 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the ODE Testing Center.
