Where is my ODE letter?

What is the ODE letter my instructor is asking for? Where is my ODE letter? 

These are common questions students have asked us. Here are the answers: 

• When approved for academic accommodations by ODE, you'll receive an accommodation letter. The letter may be called a "verification letter" or "ODE accommodation letter." 
• Your consultant sends the letter to your UMConnect Student Email as a PDF.
• You can download the letter at any time from the ODE portal. View "How to access your verification letter."  
• If your accommodation letter states accommodations are available throughout your enrollment at UM, it doesn't need to be updated every semester.
• If your accommodation letter verifies accommodations for a specific or past semester, it will be invalid for future semesters. Contact your consultant for continued support.
