In the fall of 2022, the Department of History officially dedicated the Robert H. Greene Memorial Seminar Room.

Thanks to alums, colleagues, and friends who chose to honor the late Professor Greene, we were able to fully remodel our department's most important intellectual and community space and to equip it with new technology, furniture, and artwork. History faculty immediately put the space to work, holding numerous classes, meetings and workshops there---and all with Robert gazing on and providing inspiration.

We truly could not have completed this project without those who generously contributed to the Robert H. Greene Memorial Fund, and we thank each and every one of them. Should you find yourself on the UM campus, please stop by the History hallway in the Liberal Arts building (Eck Hall) to take a look. We are eager to see you.
