Scheduling Timeline:

Although subject to change, the timeline for departments to submit their semester schedule updates typically follows this pattern:

Spring Schedule Available for Download in InfoGriz
Early August

Spring Schedule Submission Deadline 
Early September

Summer Schedule Available for Download in InfoGriz
Early August

Summer Schedule Submission Deadline
Early October

Fall Schedule Available for Download in InfoGriz
Early January

Fall Schedule Submission Deadline

Please Note:

  • The course schedule detail report can be obtained either in full or by course subject code in InfoGriz.

  • Requests made that violate Faculty Senate and MUS CCN guidelines will not be honored.

  • Deviated Schedules: Courses scheduled in buildings/rooms controlled by the Registrar’s Office that deviate from the standard scheduling guidelines may have their rooms scheduled last, even if the room was assigned the previous year.

  • Adding new sections: Any courses being added to the schedule after the semester schedule has been made viewable must be submitted via the Course Creation Form.

  • Requests to change course dates must be submitted before students are registered for the course. Any late requests will likely not be fulfilled. This generally requires the cancellation of the existing section. Students will then need to register for the new section.
