2023-2024 Women’s Leadership Initiative Cohort Activities

Once selected, the cohort will collaborate to identify the best meeting times and preferred activities for the academic year, including topics of interest for fireside chats, community engagement activities, and other initiatives that support women’s leadership.

The expected time commitment is approximately 15-20 hours per month. This includes on average 10 hours of designated meeting times, including five daylong sessions (likely Fridays), two campus/community events, and two overnight sessions (dates TBD), in addition to 5-10 hours per month for self-study, individual coaching and mentoring, peer mentoring, and contributions to cohort-selected projects.

Information about ways that individuals, campus, and the Missoula community can connect with the 2023-2024 cohort and alumni network will be shared at a later date.
