Personal Summary

Currently, I am part of the Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology Ph.D. program working under Dr. Scott Samuels. We are interested in studying the gene mechanisms involving the etiological agent of Lyme disease, Borrelia burgdorferi. Our research focus is to learn which genes play an integral part for tick and mammalian infectivity.
