A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Fairmont Hot Springs, Montana. MCCBC will provide lodging for all Summit attendees who live further than 40 miles from Fairmont Hot Springs.  * Non-Partner Exhibitors' lodging will be on their own.

The cutoff date for Fairmont lodging was Friday, August 11. 2023. We do, however, have a waitlist for any cancellations.  To put your name on the waitlist, please call Lisa Sullivan (Fairmont Sales Assistant) directly at 406.797.3002.  Let her know you want to be added to the “MCCBC Summit” block waitlist, what night(s) you want to stay, and your contact info. She will confirm if/when lodging is available. FYI, when booking, a credit card will be requested for incidentals. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to check-in day.

*Note - the Forge in Anaconda also has overflow lodging and we would recommend you book there even if your name is on the waitlist.  See the below information on how to book at the Forge.  If you are called from the Fairmont waitlist, you’ll have 24 hours prior to cancel reservations at the Forge.

**Fairmont rooms include access to the hot springs pools (7am-10 pm), water slide, fitness room, and Wi-Fi.

On-site amenities include two oversized Olympic swimming pools and two mineral-soaking pools. One of each is located indoors and outdoors. A 350-foot enclosed water slide, a newly remodeled fitness Center, world-renowned golf course, spa, business center, gift shop, and many other options listed on the Fairmont Hot Springs website. There’s also ample free parking located on the hotel property.

Fairmont is located three miles off Interstate 90 (between Butte & Anaconda) off Exit 211. Or eight miles from the I-90 and I-15 interchange. Directions

This courtesy block of rooms is for overflow.  These rooms will be paid for by the conference and are offered at a state rate of $98 +tax per room.  For this special rate, make sure to reference the "MCCBC Summit" when calling. You will be asked for a credit card number for any incidentals.

Dining

On Wednesday (9/13/23) & Thursday (9/14/23), the summit will start with breakfast and will include lunch and snack breaks.  All provided food comes with the cost of registration.  Appetizers and a cash bar will be available for Wednesday evening's vendor social.

In September, the average high temperature decreases from a warm 73.9°Fin August to a comfortable 63.7°F. The average low temperature, in Anaconda, is 39°F. We suggest bringing a layer to conference sessions as indoor temps can be chilly for some.

Nearby Airports

Bert Mooney Airport - Butte (20 miles to Fairmont) 

Air connections are available from anywhere in the US. Skywest, a Delta connector, flies to Bert Mooney Airport in Butte from the Salt Lake City Hub. Once in Butte, Fairmont can provide shuttle service to and from the airport for a minimal charge ($15 per person). Please schedule in advance by calling the hotel at 406-797-3002.

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (92 miles to Fairmont - or a 1hr, 20 min drive)

BZN Montana’s busiest airport provides the only year-round service for two Yellowstone National Park entrances.  It's located in the heart of the beautiful Gallatin Valley and provides non-stop flights to more than 20 cities in the United States with connections all over the world.

Helena Regional Airport (83 miles to Fairmont - or a 1hr, 15 min drive)

Helena Regional Airport is a public airport two miles northeast of Helena, in Lewis and Clark County, Montana, United States. It is owned by the Helena Regional Airport Authority. The National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015 categorized it as a primary commercial service airport.
