Registration Information Important Dates

Fall 2017

The dates for the Fall 2017 semester registration bill payment cycle are as follows:

  • JUL 24, 2017 - Registration bills available at 1:00 p.m. in CyberBear to begin the payment process.
  • AUG 21, 2017- Financial Aid disburses for students that have completed the payment process and met all Financial Aid requirements.
  • AUG 22, 2017 - First refund file for Fall is processed for students that have completed the payment process.
  • AUG 31, 2017 - Fall Classes Begin
  • SEP 04, 2017 - Labor Day Holiday
  • SEP 11, 2017 - Students using the Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) must make the 1st payment on their registration bills or risk being removed from the Plan.
  • SEP 12, 2017 - First Late Registration Fee of $80.00 assessed on students that have not completed the payment process and on all newly registering students.
  • SEP 22, 2017 - Second Late Registration Fee of $80.00 assessed on students that have not completed the payment process and on all newly registering students.
  • OCT 2, 2017 - 2nd DPP payment due. (10/1/17 is a Sunday). Late Fee of $15.50 assesses on 10/3/17.
  • NOV 1, 2017 - 3rd DPP payment due. Late Fee of $15.50 assesses on 11/2/17.
  • NOV 2, 2017 - PAYMENT DEADLINE (45th class day).
  • NOV 3, 2017 - All registration bills not paid are subject to cancellation.
  • DEC 1, 2017 - 4th DPP payment due. Late Fee of $15.50 assesses on 12/2/17.
