Did you lose an item on a UDASH bus? Our staff will help you try to retrieve that item.

Please note the following policies regarding lost and found items:

• We do not, under any circumstances, call our drivers via radio to ask about lost items. Our radio system is for safety and operational issues only. Additionally, bystanders on buses can hear radio traffic and we will not broadcast descriptions of lost items for that reason.
• All lost items are kept by the driver until the end of the service day. At that time, we sort lost items in our garage and take high-value items to the UM Police Department.
• You may return to the bus you were riding and ask the driver if anyone has turned in your lost item.
