During your (or your child's) "Intake" appointment, you will be asked to fill out some paperwork and complete some questionnaires. You (and/or your child) will also be interviewed by a clinician. The appointment should take 90 minutes, and you will be charged $7 for the visit. Occasionally, you (and/or your child) will be asked to return for a follow-up visit in order for the clinician to collect additional information.

The purpose of this consultation is to get to know you (and/or your child), to better understand what services you are seeking, and to determine whether the CPC is a good "fit" for your (or your child's) needs.
