African Students Association

Purpose: To integrate our rich African culture with other cultures from all over the world represented at UM to promote diversity, unity, and togetherness. We want to establish a strong network among African and non-African students who are both members and prospective members of the African Students Association.

Black Student Union

Purpose: Bring together all aspects of Black students' life and provide support

China Table

Purpose: To educate all interested university students about Chinese Culture through games and various media, as well as supplemental practice speaking, grammar, and writing of Chinese characters.

Chinese Student Association

Purpose: To support Chinese students and scholars from China, and students from other countries with Chinese origin, organize students to share Chinese culture and promote mutual understanding and support.

French Club (Le Cercle Francophone)

Purpose: To learn and share more about Francophone culture and language; to enjoy the company of those seeking to do the same thing.

German Club

Purpose: To inform, excite, and inspire UM Student about the language and culture of German-speaking nations

International Student Association

Purpose: Coordinating with International Students and Scholars (ISS) to organize activities, to promote culture exchange and understanding among students, staff, faculty of all nations, and members of the local community.

Japanese Student Association

Purpose: To assist Japanese students attending UM to adapt to the life in the UM and Missoula. To promote positive cultural exchange between Japan and the UM. To promote increased study abroad opportunities for Japanese learners of the UM.

Kyiyo

Kyiyo bridges the faculty and students of the University of Montana, through extracurricular activities we will engage other in our traditions in order to unify and promote the culture identity of Native Americans.

Model United Nations

Purpose: To stimulate a deeper knowledge of the United Nations and to help fundraise for and facilitate the Annual High School Conference in the Fall and the National Conference in the Spring.

Pacific Islanders Club

Purpose: To enrich, promote, educate and celebrate our different pacific islander cultures.

Russian Club

Purpose: To help students learn, understand, and enjoy Russian language and culture.

Southeast Asian Student Association 

Purpose: Unify students from different languages, cultures, and countries and create greater international awareness of Southeast Asia

Spanish Club

Purpose: Offer students an opportunity to speak Spanish in a relaxed environment and provide cultural understanding

Branch Center

The Branch Center is the space for student diversity and inclusion at the University of Montana. The Branch center is a space dedicated to promoting respectful and collaborative dialogue, programming, and resources, in an effort to foster understanding, support, and inclusion for underrepresented students.

Global Engagement Office

The mission of the Office of Global Engagement is to promote and provide international life-changing experiences and related educational opportunities.
