The Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana offers Family Medicine sub-internship rotations for fourth-year medical students. Rotation sites include Missoula or Kalispell, and consist of working with faculty and residents in the outpatient clinics at Partnership Health Center in Missoula or Greater Valley Health Center in Kalispell. Two and four week rotation options are offered. Two-week rotations are outpatient only, while four-week rotations are split between inpatient and outpatient care. Rotations are offered between August and January, with the most popular requests being in August and September. Having flexibility in your available dates may help increase the chance of being selected for a rotation.

Applications for the 2024-25 academic year are now closed. Please check our website in December for application information for 2025-26.
