  • 2002 Sustainable Campus Committee created
  • 2002 Tallories Declaration signed
  • 2007 American College and University Presidents Climate Commitment signed
  • 2008 Green House Gas Inventory completed
  • 2009 UM required all new buildings to be LEED Silver Certified
  • 2009 Energy Audits completed on 15 buildings
