Year End Departure

When you get ready to leave at the year's end there are several things that you should take care of. We have compiled to following checklist of things to do. As always, if you will be returning the following semester, please be sure to have your I-20 signed before leaving.

If you have graduated or are leaving for other reasons and will not be returning the following semester, we require you to fill out the Exit/Departure Form. By completing and returning this form to the FSSS office, we can update your record in SEVIS to prevent future problems with obtaining a U.S. visa or entering the U.S.
