By use of the ticket, purchaser/holder (“holder”) agrees that (a) he or she shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any information abut the event to which the ticket grants admission, including, but not limited to, any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction, or other information concerning the event; and (b) GrizTix, the University of Montana, and/or the entities, promoters or performers contracted with GrizTix retain all copyrights and other proprietary rights. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion or other trade or commercial purchases without express written consent of GrizTix, the University of Montana and/or contracted clients. The holder voluntarily assumes all risk associated with the purchase of this ticket from anyone other than GrizTix, the University of Montana, or its designated agents. Dates, times, performers and programs are subject to change without notice and without guarantee of exchange or refund. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that allows one entry per person; the ticket cannot be rescanned or duplicated in any fashion. Tickets reported as lost or stolen may not be honored and may not be replaced, nor the price refunded, and the theft/loss must be reported to GrizTix immediately with appropriate documentation. Treat tickets as any other valuable or cash. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person or holder whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. If the holder’s conduct is dangerous or disruptive, the University of Montana reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises. No refunds or exchanges be made in these situations.
