TICKET OFFICE HOURS
Regular Business Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Unless otherwise specified, the Adams Center Ticket Office opens 2 hours prior to event start time and generally remains open thru intermission.
Football Game Day:
The Adams Center Ticket Office is open 3 hours prior to kickoff through halftime on football game days.
Basketball and Volleyball Hours:
The Adams Center Ticket Office is open 1.5 hours prior to tipoff through halftime for Griz and Lady Griz basketball games.
Soccer and Softball Hours:
The Adams Center Ticket Booth opens 1 hour prior to tipoff through halftime for soccer games and thru the end of the 4th inning for softball games.
The Adams Center Ticket Office is located in the west lobby of the Adams Center at the intersection of 6th Street and Van Buren Street on the University of Montana campus.

GrizTix is the official ticketing service provider for the Adams Center, Grizzly Athletics, and UMArts as well as other venues on the University of Montana Campus and in the Missoula community. The GrizTix Ticket Office is located in the west lobby of the Adams Center.
Tickets can be purchased online 24/7/365 at www.GrizTix.com or by calling 406-243-4051 or 888-MONTANA (888-666-8262) during regular business hours.
GrizTix acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets. When you purchase a ticket for an event, GrizTix will be handling the transaction and collecting payment on behalf of the event promoter.
At a promoter's request, GrizTix may limit the number of tickets a customer or household is allowed to purchase. If a show has a ticket limit, it will be noted on the event page. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets canceled without notice by GrizTix at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
Pricing and Availability
GrizTix.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands, etc., which means GrizTix.com does not set the ticket prices, discounts, groups rates, presales or determine seating locations and price breakdowns. Tickets are sold through several distribution points, including online at GrizTix.com, Adams Center phones and in person at the Adams Center Ticket Office. Unless specified otherwise by the show's promoter, all distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory. Tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, GrizTix does not control this inventory or its availability.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, your order is not complete. We highly recommend you contact the Adams Center Ticket Office if you have reason to question whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. When your order is fully completed, GrizTix sends an e-mail confirmation to you. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN E-MAIL FROM GRIZTIX, YOU MAY NOT HAVE TICKETS.
GrizTix.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash is accepted for window sales, and checks are accepted at Adams Center windows for some but not all events.
Tickets purchased online, by phone or at any of our GrizTix outlets are subject to a non-refundable per-ticket convenience fee.
Opening acts or guests may sometimes tour with headlining performers. GrizTix is not always made aware of opening acts or the length of their performances. These opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be given if an opening act is changed or canceled.
GrizTix.com offers mobile delivery as the primary method of ticket distribution. Additional fees for different delivery methods may apply for some events. Mobile delivery tickets are sent via email in mobile format and are compatible with smart phones only.
Multiple Browser Windows
When, ordering tickets online with GrizTix please ensure you are looking for tickets and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up tickets using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets or timer expiration.

BUYER BEWARE - SECONDARY TICKETING
Official ticket sales for Adams Center events will ALWAYS be through GrizTix. ALWAYS start at www.GrizTix.com to purchase tickets for events at the Adams Center or other events ticketed through GrizTix.
Many “secondary” ticket outlets lead you to believe that they are the official site for ticket purchases for Adams Center or GrizTix events. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or canceled tickets, always make your purchase through authorized GrizTix outlets only.
Unless otherwise specified, children age two years and older must have a ticket to gain admittance to events at the Adams Center and Washington-Grizzly Stadium. Children under 2 years of age, without a ticket, must sit on an adult’s lap. PLEASE BE AWARE: Some events require all attendees, regardless of age, to present a valid ticket for admission to the event. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
Mobile delivery is the safest form of ticket. If paper tickets were printed for any reason, these policies apply:
- A reprint may be issued for a fee per ticket if proof of purchase and seat location can be verified.
- The barcodes on the lost or stolen tickets will be invalid after reprints are issued so if the originals are found, be sure to return them to the Adams Center Ticket Office.
- This policy is in effect for all tickets sold by GrizTix.
- If you suspect any tickets have been stolen, report the theft to the Police and provide a copy of the Police report to the Adams Center Ticket Office.
No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event and seat selection. GrizTix sells tickets on behalf of event promoters. Our contracts with them usually prohibit us from making exchanges or giving refunds unless an event is canceled.
Decisions about postponing or canceling shows are made by the promoter. If this happens we post important information on GrizTix.com as we receive it and email all ticket buyers.
- If a show is canceled, refunds will only be issued through the Adams Center Ticket Office.
- Refunds include the base price of the ticket and venue fees if applicable. Ticket service fees are not refunded. Outlet, Internet, and telephone convenience fees are not refunded. Optional USPS Priority Mail fees are not refunded.
- Tickets purchased with a credit card are refunded to that same card. Please be patient as it can take up to two weeks for the credit to appear.
- Tickets purchased with cash will be refunded at the Adams Center Ticket Office and must be brought to the Adams Center Ticket Office within 30 calendar days of the original show date. However, if you are not able to visit the Adams Center Ticket Office in person to receive your refund, please CALL US at 406-243-4051.
- GrizTix will not be liable for travel, lodging, or any other incidental expenses you might have for the canceled event.
