For spring 2022, the OSS soft-launched the predicted support level (powered by the predictive model) and success markers (based on courses). This slower rollout gives advisors a chance to explore the new features and to identify opportunities for improvements. 

Advisors can provide feedback on these metrics by completing one of the following forms if they come across a predicted support level or a missed success marker that should have a closer look.  Advisors can submit just a few examples of issues they come across and do not need to submit every instance. These submissions are much appreciated as they will be reviewed at the end of the spring semester to see where improvements can be made.

The feedback form allows for feedback on both predicted support level and success markers. Please submit one student per form.
