NCUR® GREEN Route Hotel Shuttle Information

General Information

Shuttles will have a GREEN shuttle sign prominently displayed in the front passenger window. Order of Pick Up and Drop Off for the GREEN route:

1. Holiday Inn Express 1021 E. Broadway (406) 549-7600 Pick up in the parking lot near the front door

2. Thunderbird Motel 1009 E. Broadway (406) 543-7251 Pick up in the parking lot near the front door of the Holiday Inn Express

3. Ponderosa Lodge 800 E. Broadway (406) 543-3102 Pick up at the Mountain Line bus stop in front of the hotel

4. Campus Inn 744 E. Broadway (406) 549-5134 Pick up at the Mountain Line bus stop in front of the Ponderosa Lodge

5. Motel 6 Missoula University 650 E. Broadway (406) 549-2387 Pick up at the Mountain Line bus stop in front of the Ponderosa Lodge

6. Doubletree Hotel 100 Madison (406) 728-3100 Pick up by the rear door

7. Holiday Inn- Downtown at the Park 200 S. Pattee St. (406) 721-8550 Pick up by the front door


Helpful Shuttle Tips!

  • Shuttle will wait approximately two minutes at each hotel
  • Approximate travel time is 30-40 minutes for each route to travel from hotels to UM campus and from UM campus to hotels

What you can do to help...

  • Plan your departure times carefully - especially on the day of your presentation- to allow for traffic delays and sufficient time to walk from the shuttle drop-off area to your destination on campus
  • Arrive early at shuttle pick up locations

Conference Shuttle Schedule

Campus Drop Off/Pick Up Location

The UM campus drop off and pick up location is at the Prescott House Bus stop (located on Campus Drive near Lot U) unless otherwise noted in the Program Book. The conference registration site is in the University Center, 3rd floor. Volunteers will be available to assist with directions and to answer questions.

Wednesday, April 14, 2010                                                          GREEN ROUTE

3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Shuttles will run at approximately 30-45 minute intervals beginning at 3:30 p.m.
  • To allow sufficient time to pick up registration materials, plan on taking a shuttle from your hotel no later than 7:30 p.m.
  • The last shuttle will leave UM at 10:00 p.m. for return to hotels

  • Shuttles will run at approximately 30-45 minute intervals beginning at 6:30 a.m.
  • When presenting, you are encouraged to use earlier shuttle buses to ensure ample time for travel and set-up.

  • When presenting, you are encouraged to use earlier shuttle buses to ensure ample time for travel and set-up.
  • The last shuttle will depart UM at 2:00 p.m. for return to hotels.
