NCUR® YELLOW Route Hotel Shuttle Information

General Information

Shuttles will have a YELLOW shuttle sign prominently displayed in the front passenger window. Order of Pick Up and Drop Off for the YELLOW route:

1. Super 8 Motel 4703 N. Reserve (406) 549-1199 Pick up by the front door

2. Comfort Inn 4545 N. Reserve (406) 542-0888 Pick up by the front door

3. Courtyard by Marriott 4559 N. Reserve (406) 549-5260 Pick up by the front door

4. Hilton Garden Inn 3720 N. Reserve (406) 532-5300 Pick up by the front door

5. Broadway Inn 1609 W. Broadway (406) 532-3300 Pick up by the front door

6. Citi Lodge Value Stay Motel 1135 W. Broadway (406) 549-4771 Pick up by the Mountain Line bus shelter near the hotel

7. Mountain Valley Inn 420 W. Broadway (800) 249-9174 West side of hotel on Owen Street


Helpful Shuttle Tips!

  • Shuttle will wait approximately two minutes at each hotel
  • Approximate travel time is 30-40 minutes for each route to travel from hotels to UM campus and from UM campus to hotels

What you can do to help...

  • Plan your departure times carefully - especially on the day of your presentation- to allow for traffic delays and sufficient time to walk from the shuttle drop-off area to your destination on campus
  • Arrive early at shuttle pick up locations

Conference Shuttle Schedule

Campus Drop Off/Pick Up Location

 

The UM campus drop off and pick up location is at the Prescott House Bus stop (located on Campus Drive near Lot U) unless otherwise noted in the Program Book. The conference registration site is in the University Center, 3rd floor. Volunteers will be available to assist with directions and to answer questions.

Wednesday, April 14, 2010                                                          YELLOW ROUTE

3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Shuttles will run at approximately 30-45 minute intervals beginning at 3:30 p.m.
  • To allow sufficient time to pick up registration materials, plan on taking a shuttle from your hotel no later than 7:30 p.m.
  • The last shuttle will leave UM at 10:00 p.m. for return to hotels

  • Shuttles will run at approximately 30-45 minute intervals beginning at 6:30 a.m.
  • When presenting, you are encouraged to use earlier shuttle buses to ensure ample time for travel and set-up.

  • When presenting, you are encouraged to use earlier shuttle buses to ensure ample time for travel and set-up.
  • The last shuttle will depart UM at 2:00 p.m. for return to hotels.
