Voluntary System of Accountability - VSASM
Although 70 selected representatives from public and private institutions nationwide worked on designing the template, The University of Montana is excited to be one of only thirteen colleges and universities participating in the initial launch of the pilot project for the Voluntary System of Accountability (VSASM). The result of a partnership between the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) and the National Association of State Universities and Land Grant Colleges, the VSASM provides a mechanism through which public higher education will become more accountable for student learning and student development while providing additional information to students and families to aid them in the college selection process.
