Facilities Services has the sole responsibility for planning, organizing, and accomplishing building construction, renovations, repairs, remodeling, and maintenance for campus facilities and grounds. Additionally, Facilities Services is required to comply with all federal, state, local, Montana University System, and The University of Montana statutes and policies in the execution of this charge. Facilities Services may delegate maintenance responsibilities to other departments and offices within The University of Montana campus organizations.
