Question: How do I get to Banner?
Answer:  Go to my.umt.edu/employees and click on the Banner link, login with your NetID and password.

Question: Besides using the resources on this site, how do I obtain assistance?

Question: What are the required browser settings for Banner?
Answer:  You can use your favorite browser to access Banner.  However, if you run into problems you may need to clear your cache.  You can do this via control + shift + delete.  In the new window that opens select a time period to clear out. 

Alternately, you can also minimize browser issues by using an incognito/private browsing session.  To do this, right click on your preferred browser from your system tray (bottom of your screen) and open a new incognito/private browser window.  From there, login to Banner just as you normally would.

Question: How do I create a Favorite?
Answer: We strongly recommend that you use the link found on my.umt.edu/employees, as this will always have a current link to Banner.
