Receipt of notification from students, faculty, staff, and community on incidents which constitute bias-related harm
Gathering data and monitoring campus and community-based trends
Supporting those impacted by bias occurrences through individual consultation, safety plans, and resource referral
Promoting educational efforts (harm mitigation) informed by individual/group incidents as well as overall campus climate
Promoting voluntary conversations between involved parties in order to facilitate resolution
Examine/assess current and past institutional efforts at bias reduction i.e., policies, procedures, resource deployment, and responses
