The Bias Response Team (BRT) are content area experts and are consulted to provide input and collaboratively support students.

The BRT communicates regularly and meets bi-weekly to discuss incidents of bias-based harm, plan a response, and coordinate action steps when they receive notice a UM student has experienced bias-based harm.
