  • Faculty-Directed Proposal Planning and Logistics

    • Education Abroad encourages all UM faculty to consider developing a faculty-directed study abroad program. Faculty have a tremendous influence on students' learning and development, and these programs offer an exceptional route for learning outside of the classroom. 
  • International Insurance Coverage*

    • For $12.95 per week, UM's authorized vendor GeoBlue Worldwide Insurance Services keeps faculty, staff and students covered for medical expenditures, emergency or illness while traveling.
  • Travel Registry*

    • The University of Montana provides a secure system for faculty, staff and students to record travel plans and contact information. The registry is a convenient one-stop service that supports emergency communications access and helps to ensure that travelers have adequate medical and emergency evacuation and repatriation insurance coverage.
