Walking to a Healthier U

There is a lot of evidence that tells us that walking is good for us, but the best evidence is simply looking down at your legs. Notice that your legs are roughly ½ the length of your entire body. That’s nature making a very loud statement. You were designed to walk. The best news is that walking is the cheapest form of exercise, probably the safest, and best of all you already know how to do it.

Person Wlaking
Walking is incredibly good exercise. It uses many muscles groups, and can also provide aerobic benefits. Virtually every medical journal tells us that physical activity, such as walking, can help us improve our general health. Even reduce stress and risks of very serious health issues!
